✨ About The Role
- Responsible for managing and delivering onboarding and sales training programs effectively
- Working directly with VP of Sales and go-to-market teams to develop new training content
- Managing a team of sales enablement instructors and planning/delivering the sales enablement schedule
- Conducting skills gap analysis to identify areas of improvement and working on new training programs
- Project managing activities such as content development of new courses and coordination of live training events

- Strong sales track record with cyber security industry knowledge and experience in sales training
- Familiarity with a range of sales methodologies and CRM systems
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and people management skills
- Experience with Enterprise-level sales cycles and closing new business
- Previous experience in an enablement role and familiarity with Sales Methodologies and Sales Frameworks
