- The Salesforce Administrator will play a vital role in building, maintaining, and scaling the Salesforce environment at Darktrace
- Responsibilities include identifying and gathering requirements, translating them into scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
- Proactively checking system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer

- Strong Salesforce product knowledge and hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration, with expertise in Salescloud, change management, and governance
- Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions and ensure successful integration
- Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes like Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, and more
- Proficient in managing all aspects of user and license management, Salesforce configuration changes, and proactive system maintenance
- Customer-centric approach to interacting with employees and understanding business objectives
