- Directly manage a team of Sales Development Representatives
- Collaborate with various departments to understand regional needs and support the Business Development team
- Coach, mentor, and motivate a high-producing sales team
- Assist in recruiting, staffing, and training to grow and maintain the sales team
- Conduct regular forecast and progress review sessions with each representative

- Experience mentoring or leading a team of Business Development Representatives in an outbound position
- Proficiency in using prospecting tools such as Linkedin Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Zoominfo, Salesloft, or Outreach
- Demonstrated success in conducting cold calling, personalized written outreach, and creative prospecting tactics
- Strong skills in forecasting, territory planning, and account mapping
