- The Senior People Advisor will act as the key HR point of contact for approximately 130 employees across France, Italy, and Spain.

- The role involves acting as a representative for the work council in France and preparing necessary documentation.
- The advisor will manage health insurance enrollment for new joiners and oversee the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews.
- The position requires maintaining employee records on the HR information system and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
