- Lead, manage, and motivate a strategic sales team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional results
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with Darktrace's business objectives and target high-value strategic accounts
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and other sales-related metrics to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies, share insights, and enhance overall customer experience

- Experienced leader with a track record of managing and motivating sales teams to achieve exceptional results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong background in enterprise or strategic sales, particularly in computer and network security, with a successful history of winning new business at the enterprise and strategic level
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and engage varied audiences effectively
- Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and enhance overall customer experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required
