✨ About The Role
- The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing best-in-class support to Dataiku employees globally in a fast-moving, primarily Mac-based cloud-oriented environment
- The role involves working closely with the IT Support Team Lead for Americas and collaborating with other IT Teams (Support, Automation, Operations & Security)
- Responsibilities include maintaining systems, networks, and services critical to Dataiku employees, ensuring their seamless operations
- The position is physically based in the New York City office, with occasional travel to other office locations as needed
- The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Dataiku's growth and contributing to the collective knowledge of global tech innovators
âš¡ Requirements
- Experience with 1st and 2nd line support in a modern cloud-first IT Stack, ideally in an international and fast-growing environment
- Proficiency in supporting macOS, AV/VC technologies, and MDM knowledge (JAMF, Intune)
- Strong communication skills in English, with additional languages being a plus
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and provide excellent service with a positive mindset
- Proactive nature, willingness to learn, and enjoy applying knowledge practically
