✨ About The Role
- Partner with business across EMEA to support customer and support function departments
- Act as a subject matter expert in HR practices and employment law for France, including Works Council management
- Provide coaching to Dataiku leaders on complex People questions and support organizational design, scaling, and retention strategies
- Collaborate with other People functions to design and scale high-impact People programs
- Leverage People support model to ensure scalability and high impact customer experience

- Experienced People Business Partner with 8-12 years of relevant experience in a fast-growth technology environment
- Thorough knowledge of French employment law and experience working with Works Council
- Strong expertise in HR practices, organizational design, and leadership development
- Ability to connect and build trust across multiple levels and functions within the organization
- International experience preferred with fluency in English and French
