✨ About The Role
- The People Systems Analyst will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for People System-related inquiries within the organization.
- This role involves collaborating with HR and Finance leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather system requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
- The analyst will assist in the exploration, evaluation, recommendation, design, and configuration of new features and functionalities within Workday.
- Responsibilities include configuring, testing, validating, and implementing changes in Workday to enhance system performance.
- The role requires creating and maintaining documentation of procedures and processes, as well as developing user guides as needed.

- The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience with Workday HCM, demonstrating a solid understanding of business processes and system administration.
- Fluency in both French and English is essential for effective communication within the organization.
- A strong grasp of custom reports, calculated fields, and EIBs is necessary to support system-related inquiries and enhancements.
- The candidate should possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address various system challenges.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting Workday integrations would be a significant advantage.
