✨ About The Role

- Responsible for overseeing and maintaining primary people systems such as Workday and Greenhouse, planning and executing HRIS strategy, and supporting the organization with systems-related inquiries and enhancements - Provide technical and functional leadership for the exploration, evaluation, recommendation, design, and configuration of new features and functionalities within Workday - Collaborate with leaders from HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to gather system requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions - Manage and develop a team of analysts, setting objectives that align with team and company strategy - Implement HRIS best practices, identify automation opportunities within key business processes, and adhere to public company ready ITGC’s and best practice business process controls within the People Systems landscape

⚡ Requirements

- Experienced professional with 5+ years of configuration experience with Workday HCM and 2+ years leading an HRIS team - Strong expertise in Workday functional areas such as Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent & Performance, and Payroll - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work independently - Strong project management skills and the ability to lead and drive system implementation and enhancement projects - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to concisely explain complex processes and create clear documentation
