- Experienced technical account manager with a background in client-facing roles and a strong understanding of Linux system administration, cloud-based services, and big data technologies
- Comfortable working closely with clients to identify priorities, manage milestones, and provide technical guidance and support
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, while maintaining a positive relationship with clients
- Skilled in troubleshooting technical implementations, advising on new technologies, and contributing to the growth and scalability of the Field Engineering team
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple strategic clients, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
