✨ About The Role
- The Technical Account Manager will work closely with customers and the account team to identify priorities and define engagement plans
- Responsibilities include managing milestones, contributing to deliverables, and proactively identifying and mitigating issues/risks
- The role involves centralizing technical information about clients, contributing to account strategy, and supporting the growth of the Field Engineering team
- The Technical Account Manager will act as a primary technical advisor for clients, providing guidance on Dataiku platform architecture, best practices, security, and more
- Additionally, the role includes troubleshooting product implementations, advising on tech strategies, and supporting innovative approaches around Dataiku
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced technical account manager with a minimum of 7 years in a customer-facing technical role
- Comfortable and confident in client-facing interactions, able to work both pre and post-sale
- Strong Linux system administration experience, including networking and cloud-based services like Azure, AWS, and GCP
- Hands-on experience with the Hadoop and/or Spark ecosystem, as well as the Kubernetes ecosystem
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, provide guidance on platform architecture, and advise on new companion technologies
