- The Sales Development Representative will work directly with Dedrone's US Commercial / SLTT sales team to identify, qualify, and generate new sales opportunities. - This role is essential for building the foundation of the sales pipeline and supporting the go-to-market strategy in the US Commercial and SLTT government sectors. - Responsibilities include prospecting potential customers through various outbound sales techniques such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach. - The representative will qualify inbound and outbound leads through initial discovery calls and pre-sales consultations. - Collaboration with the commercial sales team is crucial to develop targeted outreach strategies and execute campaigns that drive interest in Dedrone's solutions. - The role involves tracking and managing leads and prospects in Salesforce, ensuring accurate data entry and timely follow-ups. - Gathering market intelligence from customer interactions will help refine Dedrone's messaging and understanding of customer needs.

- The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in sales development or lead generation, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment. - A strong understanding of sales processes and a passion for pursuing and qualifying new business opportunities is essential. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective outreach and engagement with potential customers. - The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change. - Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred, indicating familiarity with lead management tools. - The individual should be able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player, demonstrating accountability and ownership over targets and goals.
