- The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer accounts in a specific region
- Focus on exceeding quarterly sales targets for production metal additive printers
- Develop and target markets and customers with potential need for Desktop Metal products and services
- Build and manage a sales pipeline from inception to completion, operating within the Desktop Metal sales process
- Attend key industry trade shows and exhibitions to represent the company in a positive and professional manner

- 5+ years of experience in B2B capital equipment sales with a focus on high-value products
- Proven success in C-Level Sales and financial value selling to win new customers
- Experience in the additive manufacturing industry is a plus, with strong technical skills for facilitating conversations
- Excellent communication skills and decision-making abilities for building long-term customer relationships and achieving company goals
- Goal-oriented, self-starter with a willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
