- Responsible for managing all aspects of customer accounts in a specific region, with a focus on exceeding quarterly sales targets for production metal additive printers
- Develop and target markets and customers with potential need for Desktop Metal products and services
- Build and manage a sales pipeline from inception to completion, operating within the Desktop Metal sales process
- Attend key industry trade shows and exhibitions to represent the company and generate new business opportunities
- Provide feedback to marketing and product management on wins/losses, opportunities, and market trends

- Experienced in B2B capital equipment sales with a focus on high-value products, ideally in the additive manufacturing industry
- Skilled in C-Level sales and financial value selling to win new customers and build long-term relationships
- Strong technical background to facilitate conversations and understand customer needs in the metal additive printing space
- Goal-oriented self-starter with a willingness to travel extensively and a track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to work creatively and collaboratively to drive sales initiatives
