- The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of customer accounts in a specific region, focusing on exceeding quarterly sales targets for production metal additive printers
- This role involves developing and targeting markets and customers with potential needs for Desktop Metal products and services
- The manager will build and manage a sales pipeline from inception to completion, operating within the Desktop Metal sales process
- Responsibilities include prospecting, initiating sales calls with senior executives, driving sales campaigns, securing new orders, and negotiating pricing and delivery terms
- The role also involves attending industry trade shows, servicing existing customer accounts, generating new business opportunities, and providing feedback to marketing and product management
âš¡ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B capital equipment sales with a focus on high-value products
- Proven success in C-Level Sales and financial value selling to win new customers
- Experience in the additive manufacturing industry is a plus, with strong technical skills to facilitate conversations
- Excellent communication skills and decision-making abilities to develop long-term customer relationships and achieve company goals
- Goal-oriented, self-starter with a willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
