The Senior Sales Manager/Sales Director EMEA role is responsible for driving business performance by managing a team of sales professionals in the EMEA region
Primary duties include setting revenue goals, implementing sales plans, and attending key events to generate leads
The successful candidate will focus on exceeding quarterly sales targets, developing markets, and targeting customers with potential needs for Desktop Metal products and services
Responsibilities include collaborating with the SVP of Global Sales, securing new orders, negotiating pricing, and maintaining strong client relationships
The role also involves forecasting sales objectives, maintaining sales volume, and managing and implementing sales and marketing processes

Proven track record in direct selling and sales management, with a focus on C-Level Sales and financial value selling
Experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams to achieve quarterly sales targets
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly and compellingly
