✨ About The Role
- Responsible for product structure definition, design for manufacturability, and root cause analysis
- Develop and document manufacturing assembly procedures, jigs, and test fixtures based on manufacturing requirements
- Support initial production transfer to Contract/Internal Manufacturers and associated ramp up activities
- Coordinate between internal NPI/Design Engineering teams and Contract Manufacturers to drive effective communication
- Manage process takt times, continuous improvements, BOM verification, supplier selection, and process verification within manufacturing
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced manufacturing engineer with 8-10 years of relevant experience in the industry
- Proficient in interpreting and modifying engineering design documentation and using Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems
- Skilled in resolving complex issues creatively and efficiently, with a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent communication skills and ability to analyze data to drive improvements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
