Sales Operations Specialist - EMEA

Echodyne offers the world's first compact solid-state true beam-steering radar for a wide range of industries and applications. Our high-performance radars work in all weather and are designed for autonomous vehicles, uncrewed aircraft & drones, and security of borders, critical infrastructure, and smart cities. The company combines the patented technology of metamaterials with powerful software to create a radar sensor with unprecedented performance at commercial price points. Echodyne offers its radars to companies working in Automotive, Transportation, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Border Security, Smart Cities, Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS), and Airspace Management including Urban Air Mobility (UTM).

Echodyne is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support our growing EMEA sales team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring quoting accuracy, order readiness, and efficient coordination between our EMEA sales representatives and U.S. headquarters. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational discipline, hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, and a working knowledge of trade compliance and international shipment procedures.

This position offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure smooth and compliant quote-to-cash processes and excellent customer experience across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Support & Quoting
  • Partner with EMEA sales representatives to prepare and review customer quotes, ensuring accuracy in configurations, pricing, and terms within Salesforce CPQ.
  • Confirm that all orders are complete, accurate, and ready for processing prior to submission.
  • Maintain accurate product and pricing data and support updates within Salesforce.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Act as a liaison between EMEA sales and HQ teams in the U.S. to ensure alignment across quoting, order processing, fulfillment, and post-sale support.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Logistics to ensure order accuracy, timely shipment, and compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Trade Compliance & Logistics
  • Support the preparation of shipping and export documentation in accordance with international trade compliance standards.
  • Partner with internal teams and logistics providers to ensure smooth international shipments and adherence to all regulatory and documentation requirements.
  • Asset Management
  • Assist with asset migration within Europe, including bailments and marketing units used for demonstrations, customer evaluations, and events.
  • Track asset movement, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure proper documentation of transfers.
  • Process Improvement
  • Contribute to improving the quote-to-cash process, identifying bottlenecks and recommending operational enhancements.
  • Generate and analyze reports to monitor key metrics related to quoting accuracy, order cycle times, and regional operations performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales operations, order management, or sales support, preferably within an international or EMEA-focused organization.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ or other quote-to-cash systems required.
  • Working knowledge of trade compliance regulations and international shipping procedures.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills across global and cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools; ERP experience a plus.
  • Located within the EMEA region preferred.
