Vice President, Growth
Epirus is a high-growth technology company dedicated to overcoming the asymmetric challenges inherent to the future of national security. Epirus' flagship product, Leonidas, is a software-defined system built using intelligent power management techniques that allow power-hungry systems to do more with less.
The Vice President, Growth will drive Epirus' expansion from $50M to over $1B in annual revenue, building and leading a world-class global sales organization that spans defense and commercial government markets. Reporting to the SVP of Growth & Government Affairs and working closely with the CEO, CFO, and senior leadership, this executive will align strategy and execution across product sales, defense contracting, and commercial government channels. This is a highly visible, results-driven role that demands both strategic vision and operational precision. The ideal candidate will translate congressional budget appropriations into actionable revenue streams, position Epirus as a dominant player in the emerging "Neo Prime" ecosystem, and lead growth in the rapidly evolving counter-drone and directed energy markets.
