✨ About The Role
- Responsible for identifying, shaping, and winning federal contracting opportunities with the US Government to drive growth and success for the organization
- Conduct market research, develop win strategies, and coordinate meetings with customers, competitors, and teammates
- Manage RFI responses, white papers, and proposal writing across teams, ensuring all volumes of the proposal are included
- Collaborate with the E-Space Government Affairs Team to synchronize policy advocacy and engagement with the US Legislative Branch and Agency Directors
- Take ownership of E-Space’s US Government business development pipeline from opportunity identification to closure
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced professional with a background in defense contracts and space-related activities, ideally with 5+ years of experience in capture management, business development, or proposal management for US cleared defense contractors
- Knowledgeable about Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and familiar with proposal management and business development best practices
- Ideally possesses an active clearance and has demonstrated success in capturing federal government contracts
- Familiarity with capture management tools such as GovWin, SAM, FedBidSpeed, and others is a plus
- Strong understanding of space/satellite services industry, satellite systems, and defense/Intelligence Community programs
