- A strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles is essential for success in this role.
- Candidates should possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams.
- A minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience is required, with a preference for experience in the glass or thermal industry.
- The successful candidate will be able to travel domestically and internationally for 30% or more of the time.
