✨ About The Role
- Lead advanced engineering projects to design and develop the next generation lithium metal battery
- Develop and oversee detailed project plans, conduct regular meetings to assess progress, and serve as the primary point of contact for customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal resources to ensure project execution aligns with planned schedules and objectives
- Facilitate product development from concept through to production, ensuring technical and quality standards are met
- Generate regular updates and presentations for management based on team input and project status, working effectively with cross-functional teams
⚡ Requirements
- Experience in project management, particularly in the development of new energy vehicles or battery projects, with a focus on customer interactions and product development
- Strong technical background in electronic and electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemistry/electrochemistry, or related fields
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and solve problems creatively to ensure project success
- Fluency in English with proficiency in German/Korean or other minor languages preferred
- Willingness to work onsite in Cheonan, South Korea
