Auxiliar De Operaciones Comerciales / Business Support Operations (Individual Contributor)

We are looking for a Business Support Operations professional to support our U.S.-based sales team with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. This is an individual contributor (IC) role, ideal for someone early to mid-career with approximately 2+ years of experience in sales support, administration, or customer service.
This role is not senior-level and does not include people management or strategic ownership. It is a hands-on position focused on execution, accuracy, organization, and strong communication with internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Administration
- Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo) with accurate and timely sales data
- Prepare and process sales quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and contracts
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, operations) to support the sales cycle
- Track order status, follow up on required documentation, and assist with basic sales reporting
- Organize and manage sales documentation in accordance with internal processes
Customer Support (Occasional)
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a professional and timely manner
- Provide basic product information and order status updates
- Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Represent the company with professionalism and a customer-focused mindset
Quality & Process
- Follow and contribute to the company's Quality Management System (QMS)
- Maintain organized records and support consistency across sales-related processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, administrative, or customer service roles
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international or U.S.-based teams
- Familiarity with U.S. business practices and customer expectations
- Basic understanding of sales processes (B2B or B2C)
This position is intended for junior to mid-level professionals who enjoy operational, administrative, and support-focused work. It is not a senior, lead, or management role.
