We support global innovation by manufacturing highly complex, high-quality parts for Fortune 500 companies developing autonomous electric vehicles, surgical systems, industrial robots, and more. As we expand our operations across Mexico, we are looking for a strong Technical Program Manager to join our team in Monterrey and support our continued growth.
As a Technical Program Manager, you'll work directly with our Manufacturing Partners (MPs), using your engineering background, manufacturing process expertise, and program management experience to develop and execute effective program plans. You will ensure programs are delivered within scope, on budget, and on schedule while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
You will serve as the primary customer point of contact, drive clarity of scope both internally and externally, lead issue resolution, manage stakeholder alignment, and guide programs to success. You'll oversee multiple programs across regions, proactively manage risks, support customer requests, and coordinate closely with regional operations teams to deliver timely updates and results.
As an experienced member of the Technical Program Management team, you will follow established processes while helping deploy them in a new region with new manufacturing partners. You will identify opportunities to improve workflows and systems, lead cross-functional projects to drive improvements, and support the development of robust processes for introducing new service offerings.
You will report on-site to the Program Management Lead in our Santa Catarina, Mexico office.

Act as the driving facilitator for assigned programs, leading cross-functional teams and our manufacturing partners to ensure on-time, high-quality, on-budget delivery.
Own full program responsibility and guide project execution from planning through delivery.
Develop project plans that integrate customer requirements with Fictiv's goals; manage program progress and resource availability.
Lead recovery planning and corrective actions when a program becomes at risk or off-track.
Bridge global cooperation between multifunctional teams (Fictiv teams + manufacturing partners) and ensure strong, flexible communication.
Lead program risk evaluation, define mitigation strategies, and coordinate internally and externally to ensure successful delivery to design specifications.
Evaluate and implement post-sale change requests from stakeholders while minimizing risks.
Coordinate technical problem-solving efforts within manufacturing partners with support from SQE; strong problem-solving skills required.
Monitor program progress continuously and report on measurable deliverables.
Identify and drive continuous improvement of Fictiv's platform, procedures, and processes.
Maintain and contribute to the Quality Management System (QMS) as part of daily responsibilities.
Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Metalworking Manufacturing, Tooling Design & Manufacture, or related engineering field.
PMP Certification is a plus.
10+ years of experience in CNC machining, injection molding/plastic tooling, or OEM/CM hardware manufacturing.
Minimum 3 years in project/program management roles.
Strong program management experience: planning, scope control, risk management, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making.
Experience with NPD or NPI in sheet metal or machining processes; APQP experience in production environments.
Fluent English (written and spoken) and experience working in multicultural environments.
Minimum 7+ years in technical project or program management roles within fast-paced manufacturing environments.
Strong sense of urgency and ownership over delivery schedules under tight timelines.
Deep experience with injection molding, tooling, and CNC machining processes.
Good understanding of quality management, sourcing, and logistics.
Strong business skills, including customer expectation management, negotiation, and supplier management.
Team-oriented, results-driven, detail-oriented, analytical, agile, and proactive.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks effectively.
Self-starter who manages time efficiently and completes work independently.
