Impact in this role

We're seeking a motivated, people-focused recruiter to join our growing people operations team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and engaging top talent to ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

As a key partner to hiring managers and team leaders, you'll play a critical role in attracting, evaluating, and hiring the best talent to support our company's growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is passionate about connecting people to meaningful careers. You will report to the HR manager.

What you'll be doing

  1. Full-cycle recruiting: Manage all stages of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and offer management for a variety of roles across departments.
  2. High-volume candidate management: Efficiently handle multiple requisitions at once, maintaining clear communication and providing timely updates to candidates and hiring teams.
  3. Talent sourcing & networking: Actively identify and engage passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, job boards, referrals, and social media.
  4. Employer branding: Represent and promote our organization as an employer of choice, both online and offline, by delivering a positive and authentic candidate experience.
  5. Pipeline development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs through continuous networking and relationship-building.
  6. Recruitment strategy: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract competitive and diverse talent in alignment with our company's values and goals.
  7. Data-driven recruiting: Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, source of hire, candidate conversion rates, etc.) to ensure process efficiency and continuous improvement.
  8. Candidate experience: Provide a seamless and professional experience to all candidates, ensuring consistent communication, feedback, and transparency throughout the process.
  9. HR operations: Prior experience in HR operations along with TA is a plus. Opportunity to grow in both roles in future with focus mainly on TA.
  10. Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and team leads to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and team culture fit.

Desired traits

Education & experience:

  1. 6–10 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field.
  2. Previous experience working in a high-growth or startup environment is strongly preferred. Good to have experience in people operations.
  3. Technical skills:
  4. Proficiency in Greenhouse ATS or a similar applicant tracking system.
  5. Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, with a track record of meeting or exceeding weekly InMail outreach targets.
  6. Strong understanding of recruiting metrics, reporting, and analytics.
  7. Soft skills & attributes:
  8. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage candidates and internal stakeholders effectively.
  9. Customer-service mindset—understands that our employees and candidates are our most valuable assets.
  10. Self-directed and proactive—able to manage multiple priorities independently while knowing when to seek guidance.
  11. Passionate about people—genuinely invested in creating a positive, inclusive, and equitable candidate and employee experience.
  12. Detail-oriented and organized—skilled at managing complex processes with accuracy and efficiency.
