✨ About The Role

- Responsible for lead generation through various channels including cold outreach, inbound inquiries, and conferences/networking events to identify and engage with prospective customers - Conduct effective discovery conversations to assess the fit between prospective clients' needs and the company's solutions - Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their pain points and demonstrate how the company's solutions can address them - Manage and prioritize a pipeline of leads using CRM software, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate tracking of progress - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns, refine messaging based on market feedback, and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, qualification, and progression

⚡ Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field with 1-2 years of experience in a business development role, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles, self-motivated and results-oriented - Proficient with CRM software such as Salesforce and experience with other sales tools like Zoominfo, Engage, Crossbeam, Kabal, etc. - Passion for driving impact and growth, collaborative mindset to work closely with sales and marketing teams, and stay updated on industry trends and customer insights
