✨ About The Role
- The Product Manager - Production Intelligence will interface directly with Formic customers, from C-suite executives to floor-level operators, to understand their operations and business needs.
- The role involves deriving insights from customer feedback and assessments to establish a vision for new products that address specific unmet customer needs.
- The candidate will prototype, test, and validate proposed solutions and products, defining the product roadmap for new offerings.
- Collaboration with Formic's Marketing, Sales, Product & Solutions, Deployment, and Production Optimization teams is crucial to validate and communicate requirements.
- Conducting studies, interviews, and focus groups to gather the voice of the customer at all levels is a key responsibility.
- The Product Manager will demo and introduce platform prototypes and deliverables to key customers for feedback and live testing.
- Continuous tracking of customer feedback on the platform and potential enhancements will be part of the role.
- The position is highly impactful in establishing a strategic portfolio of new products and ensuring superb technical and operational performance.

- The ideal candidate has previous experience engaging with and collecting feedback from end users and operators of hardware and/or software products.
- A willingness to conduct in-the-field technical trials that are moderately technical is essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should possess the ability to organize, track, and manage deliverables across multiple concurrent projects effectively.
- Experience with the Software Development lifecycle, Scrum process, and project management tools such as Jira is highly valued.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills are necessary to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
- Motivation and enthusiasm to join a growing, high-impact startup team will contribute to the candidate's success.
- Experience supporting technology adoption in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- The candidate must have a current, valid driver's license and access to a car for travel to customer sites.
