- The Robotics Field Service Engineer/Technician will perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on robotic cells at customer sites.
- The role involves coordinating and executing inspection, maintenance, and repair tasks on robotic-centric manufacturing cells.
- Candidates will systematically diagnose technical issues and apply standard resolution tactics to repair equipment consistently.
- The position requires providing detailed service reports that include issue identification, root cause analysis, and solutions.
- The engineer will also mentor junior or newly hired field service engineers and technicians as needed.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of field service experience in robotics automation for engineers or 2 years for technicians.
- A strong background in installing, diagnosing, and repairing six-axis robots is essential for success in this role.
