- The Robotics Field Service Engineer/Technician will perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on robotic cells at customer sites.
- The role involves coordinating and executing inspection, maintenance, and repair tasks on robotic-centric manufacturing cells.
- The engineer will systematically diagnose technical issues and apply standard resolution tactics to repair equipment.
- The position requires the ability to travel up to 80% of the time, primarily within a local area, with some overnight stays.
- The engineer will also be responsible for providing detailed service reports that include issue identification and root cause analysis.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of field service experience in robotics automation for engineers or 2 years for technicians.
- A strong background in installing, diagnosing, and repairing six-axis robots is essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should be a motivated self-starter, capable of working independently and managing their own schedule.
- Excellent troubleshooting and maintenance skills are necessary to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Strong communication skills are required to effectively interact with various stakeholders, from operators to senior management.
