✨ About The Role
- Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of IT systems
- Architect and scale state-of-the-art storage systems for a big-data infrastructure, ensuring efficient, reliable, and secure data storage at the multi-petabyte scale
- Foster a DevOps culture to enhance collaboration between engineering teams, implementing CI/CD pipelines and automation tools to streamline workflows

âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced IT professional with a minimum of 8 years in enterprise-level IT engineering, including at least 1 year in a technical or personnel leadership role
- Strong knowledge of both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure, with hands-on experience in Kubernetes and managing Linux-based infrastructure
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with diverse teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
- Understanding of security protocols and compliance standards, such as NIST 800-171 and ITAR, is a plus
