- Architect, develop, and maintain critical software systems for autonomous 3D printing factories
- Integrate control algorithms into production software and improve data acquisition/storage systems
- Implement processes for converting customer part geometries into machine print instructions
- Drive innovation, maximize development speed, and maintain a standard of excellence within the engineering team
- Enable the first production scale, high quality, and fully automated metal 3D printing factory capabilities
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced software engineer with at least 5 years of professional experience in software development, preferably in Rust
- Proficient in writing production code and working in a Linux environment
- Strong background in continuous integration and continuous deployment tools
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams including process, control, and mechanical engineers
- Ability to architect and develop software for advanced, production-scale metal 3D printing systems
- Experience with high-rate data acquisition, storage, and retrieval systems is a plus
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science or computer engineering preferred
