- The manager will partner with Electrical Engineering teams on chipset/component selection and development strategies.
- They will maintain a deep, hands-on involvement in key technical decisions and innovation processes.
- The position requires travel to field sites to understand real-world usage and operating conditions of the robots.

- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- They should possess over 15 years of experience in embedded software development, particularly in hands-on coding in C.
- A strong background in delivering robotic systems or consumer electronics is essential, with at least 5 years of related experience.
- The candidate must demonstrate expertise in low-level programming and optimizing performance and power management.
- They should have a proven ability to balance immediate project needs with long-term product development objectives.
