The People Team at Gecko is excited to be bringing on a People Operations Generalist who will be a critical team member involved in all aspects of the employee lifecycle. The People Team is an agile and hands-on group, unafraid to roll up their sleeves and continually evolve Gecko's people programming to align our employee's needs with Gecko's big aspirations. We are looking for someone who can flex from one aspect of the employee lifecycle to another while staying curious and determined to learn each component of People Ops before specializing into a specific path.
They will cover everything from talent programs project management, to operational and systems needs, to junior People Partner and employee relations responsibilities and onboarding support. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, good judgement on tricky employee matters, a programmatic mindset to implementing talent solutions, and a true self-starter mentality - unafraid to dive head first into any problem statement and adapt solutions as Gecko changes and grows.

Gecko values collaboration, innovation, and partnership, and we believe we do our best work when we're together in person. We're an office-first culture but understand that sometimes you may need to work from home. Many people are in the office five days a week, others need a bit more flexibility. Ultimately, we care about the outcomes we achieve - and creating a culture of autonomy and trust that enables that impact.
Gecko is committed to creating a culture of inclusion and belonging, and we are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
