- The Director of Marketing and Communications will report to the Chief Growth Officer and lead the company's marketing and communications strategy.

⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in marketing and/or communications, particularly in defense, public safety, or law enforcement sectors.
- A strong understanding of various marketing channels, including social media, print, and events, is essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should possess excellent writing, editing, and oral communication skills, with the ability to provide writing samples upon request.
- Experience in developing marketing materials for technical audiences, such as white papers and brochures, is highly preferred.
