✨ About The Role
- The Forward Deployed Engineer will engage with Public Safety, Military, and other Pro customers to provide technical support and training.
- Responsibilities include monitoring support requests, documenting use cases, and providing regular performance reports to leadership.
- The role requires conducting both virtual and onsite training and equipment installations for customers.
- The engineer will work cross-functionally with Product Management and Engineering to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Up to 50% travel may be required for this position.

- The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of professional experience, particularly in deploying or utilizing technology products within Public Safety or Military organizations.
- A solid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies is essential for success in this role.
