Govly Customer Success Manager

The Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team who is passionate about B2B customer success and building a world-class CS organization. You will be responsible for helping Govly maintain and grow our customer base. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of B2B SaaS Customer Success experience and has been responsible for hitting both GRR and NRR metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Conduct product training and onboarding sessions
- Identify and drive adoption of best practices
- Proactively monitor client health and usage metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
- Gather and communicate client feedback to product and engineering teams
- Develop and execute customer success strategies
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer success or account management
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and government technology landscape
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success tools
- Project management skills and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously

- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools
