- The Regional Sales Director will lead a team of Account Executives, focusing on driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base in the DACH region.

- The RSD will establish sales territories, quotas, and goals, and will be responsible for building and maintaining an annual sales plan.

⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate has a minimum of 8 years of successful direct sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- A strong background in technical applications, particularly in visualization, application performance management, or cloud-based tooling, is essential.
- Experience with open-source software is highly desirable, indicating familiarity with Grafana's product offerings.
- The candidate should possess excellent communication and presentation skills, both in-person and virtually, to effectively engage with C-Level executives.
