At Hadean, we are building the next generation of defense technology. As a key player in the UK's defense tech ecosystem, our world-leading software is trusted by defense organizations and militaries worldwide. We specialize in AI-powered digital wargaming and Command & Control systems that help users understand complexity, make better decisions, and operate at scale. Joining Hadean means working on technology with real-world impact, alongside a team that is driven to push the limits of what's possible.
We are hiring a Growth Account Manager to expand existing customer accounts across the US defense and government market. This role is focused on building on existing engagement and turning it into revenue. You will take ownership of key accounts, develop a clear understanding of customer priorities, and identify where there is opportunity to deepen Hadean's footprint.
While this role includes elements of account management, it has a strong commercial focus. Success is measured by account growth alongside maintaining strong and trusted customer relationships. You will identify opportunities, help shape them into viable deals, and support their progression through to close. You will work closely with internal teams to align our capabilities with customer needs and ensure we are well positioned across relevant programs and initiatives. A key part of the role is connecting activity across an account, spotting where opportunities align, and building momentum. This is a focused, relationship-driven role. You will need to navigate complex organizations, manage multiple stakeholders, and maintain credibility while driving commercial outcomes.
