We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join Hadean on an initial 3-month fixed term contract, with the potential to extend. This role will lead end-to-end hiring across both the UK and US, supporting technical, commercial, and operational recruitment. Alongside delivering against immediate hiring needs, the role will also help strengthen and scale recruitment processes while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout.

This is a hands-on opportunity suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and can balance strategic hiring priorities with day-to-day delivery. You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams across both regions to help Hadean attract and secure top talent in competitive markets.

About You:

• Experienced internal or agency recruiter with experience across both UK and US markets
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup or scaleup environment
• Able to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong communicator with excellent organisational skills
• Confident working autonomously and driving hiring processes end-to-end
• Comfortable recruiting across both technical and non-technical roles
• Experience supporting international or distributed teams preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end recruitment across UK and US hiring
• Manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and candidate closing
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
• Build and manage candidate pipelines across technical and commercial functions
• Improve recruitment processes, reporting and hiring operations
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
• Support recruitment branding, referrals and sourcing initiatives
• Work closely with People and leadership teams to support hiring priorities and workforce planning

Skills Required:

• Proven experience recruiting across both UK and US markets
• Strong sourcing and direct candidate engagement capability
• Experience recruiting technical profiles preferred
• Ability to manage high hiring volumes and multiple priorities
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment reporting
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
