Hadrian - Manufacturing the Future

Hadrian is building autonomous factories that help aerospace and defense companies manufacture rockets, satellites, jets, and ships up to 10x faster and up to 2x cheaper. By combining advanced software, robotics, and full-stack manufacturing, we are reinventing how America produces its most critical parts.

Valued at $1.6B, we're accelerating our mission with the launch of Factory 3 in Mesa, Arizona, a 290,000-square-foot facility creating 350 new jobs. We are expanding rapidly to support thousands of future hires, launching Hadrian Maritime to expand into naval production, and introducing a Factory-as-a-Service model that delivers complete systems instead of individual parts.

Hadrian is backed by leading investors including T. Rowe Price, Lux Capital, Founders Fund, and Andreessen Horowitz, our fast-growing team is united around reindustrializing American manufacturing for the 21st century and beyond.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced operations professional to support Additive Manufacturing (AM) leadership and cross-functional teams in coordinating customer engagements within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate brings 10 or more years of experience supporting senior leaders and demonstrates strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills. This role requires the ability to prepare detailed meeting materials, track action items, manage timelines, and ensure consistent follow-through on deliverables. The successful candidate exercises sound judgment, maintains confidentiality when handling sensitive information, and effectively translates complex or evolving priorities into clear plans, structured documentation, and timely business outcomes that enable effective customer interactions and internal execution.

What You'll Do

  • Provide strategic administrative and operational support to Additive Manufacturing (AM) leadership, including calendar management, prioritization, travel coordination, and preparation of executive-level materials.
  • Coordinate customer engagements and proposals by aligning cross-functional stakeholders, managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring on-time submission of high-quality materials.
  • Capture decisions and action items, maintain centralized trackers, monitor deadlines, and proactively escalate risks or blockers to ensure timely execution.
  • Draft, edit, and review internal and external communications, executive summaries, readiness packages, and customer-facing documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Support team operations and documentation management, including maintaining reference libraries, version control, onboarding coordination, expense reporting, NDA routing, and cross-functional meeting facilitation.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience supporting senior leaders or executives in manufacturing, technical, or similarly complex business environments.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Sales, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal) to deliver time-sensitive business outcomes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-ready summaries, briefing materials, and customer communications.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, prioritize competing deadlines, and maintain accurate documentation and version control.
  • Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment in handling sensitive or confidential information.

What Will Set You Apart

  • Experience supporting customer engagements or proposal development in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or other regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with additive manufacturing or advanced manufacturing environments.
  • Experience working in executive-facing or customer-facing settings requiring high levels of professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Experience implementing or improving operational processes that increase clarity, reduce cycle time, or improve cross-functional coordination.

Compensation: For this role, the target salary range is $220,000 - $250,000 (actual range may vary based on experience).

This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans for employees
  • 401k
  • Relocation support may be provided for certain situations, based on business need.
  • Flexible vacation policy
