- Ideal for individuals who are passionate about space or interested in manufacturing but have limited experience
- Requires a willingness to learn precision inspection techniques and follow strict training procedures
- Ability to perform repetitive measurements and lift up to 25 pounds unassisted
- Must be able to work the first shift from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Success in this role depends on owning assigned tasks, being proactive, and effectively communicating with colleagues
