Hadrian is building autonomous factories that help aerospace and defense companies manufacture rockets, satellites, jets, and ships up to 10x faster and up to 2x cheaper. By combining advanced software, robotics, and full-stack manufacturing, we are reinventing how America produces its most critical parts.
We're accelerating our mission with the launch of Factory 3 in Mesa, Arizona, a 290,000-square-foot facility creating 350 new jobs. We are expanding rapidly to support thousands of future hires, launching Hadrian Maritime to expand into naval production, and introducing a Factory-as-a-Service model that delivers complete systems instead of individual parts.
Hadrian is backed by leading investors including T. Rowe Price, Lux Capital, Founders Fund, and Andreessen Horowitz, our fast-growing team is united around reindustrializing American manufacturing for the 21st century and beyond.
The Operational Finance team at Hadrian is a driving force behind both the strategic direction and day-to-day execution of our advanced manufacturing mission. We partner closely with teams across Production Operations, Special Projects, and Automation to construct official company plans and develop the models, processes, and financial frameworks that guide critical decisions and execution.
This Finance Manager will operate at the intersection of finance, new capability development, and program execution, owning financial oversight across Hadrian's most critical manufacturing and special projects. The role goes beyond traditional FP&A by embedding directly with program, engineering, and operational leaders to guide decision-making across large-scale, CapEx-intensive initiatives.
You will partner closely with engineering, manufacturing, and program leadership to ensure investments are scoped, executed, and optimized with full financial visibility—from planning through execution. This role plays a central part in shaping how Hadrian deploys capital and scales its factory footprint.
For this role, the target salary range is $160,000-$190,000 (actual range may vary based on experience).
