✨ About The Role
- Responsible for driving projects to scale operations and content for People initiatives at Hadrian
- Develop content and materials to support Employee Life Cycle programs, including onboarding, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address People challenges and design effective solutions
- Contribute to building People Operations and HR functions to support the broader business goals
- Utilize structured project management methodology to establish best practices for People Operations and drive improvements in processes and programs
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced in program management with at least 3 years of work experience, ideally in a high-growth company environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clear and concise messaging
- Resourceful and able to leverage support and resources effectively to achieve goals
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and executing projects with an analytical problem-solving approach
