  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, service) to resolve quality concerns and communicate progress transparently.
  • Analyze field performance and warranty data to identify systemic issues and develop improvement strategies.
  • Conduct Vehicle Buy-Off (VBO) inspections and audits to verify quality compliance at upfitter and production sites.
  • Support deployment of the Harbinger Quality Operating System (HQOS) to enhance reliability, serviceability, and customer satisfaction.

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing quality roles within the automotive, commercial vehicle, or EV industries.
  • Proven ability to manage field quality issues.
  • Skilled in root cause analysis, 8D, and reliability data analysis for continuous improvement.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Willing to travel extensively (50–75%) to Upfitter sites.
  • Preferred: Experience with last-mile delivery fleets, EV systems, telematics, remote diagnostics, and new vehicle launches.
