✨ About The Role
- Responsible for coordinating activities within the Production teams to ensure production launch timing and alignment
- Act as the liaison between the Production department and the Engineering Program Management team to convey project status
- Participate in relevant meetings to stay informed on tooling, manufacturing equipment, part, and hiring status
- Collaborate with fellow managers to align risks within the project and identify the critical path to launch
- Monitor and report on program status, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
âš¡ Requirements
- Minimum of 5-10 years of work experience in Program Management in an automotive sector, startup experience is a plus
- Proficient in Google Suite/Workspace, SmartSheets, Atlassian Jira, and Tableau
- Ability to manage and complete projects from ideation to completion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently
