- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in high-volume advanced manufacturing, process engineering, or industrialization is required.
- The successful candidate will possess technical expertise in automated assembly, robotics, and precision manufacturing techniques for EV components.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is essential, with a Green or Black Belt preferred.
- Proven leadership skills in managing large-scale industrialization projects from concept to mass production are crucial for success in this role.
