✨ About The Role
- Develop and design manufacturing standards, processes, equipment, and tooling for the complete Powertrain system with a focus on the electric motor
- Oversee vendor management, buyoff, commissioning, and production launch for a new high volume, automated manufacturing line
- Monitor and analyze manufacturing processes for continuous improvement in quality, throughput, and cost
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to establish quality standards and build requirements
- Develop comprehensive training materials and provide training to production operators and technicians
âš¡ Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in an automotive setting
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in CAD software and experience with automated equipment setup and maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
