- The Technical Program Manager will coordinate and manage the Engineering Department's activities within the Program Management Office.
- This role involves cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely release and delivery of parts.
- The TPM will track engineering processes, including Design Reviews and DFMEA, to ensure robust engineering practices are followed.
- Regular attendance at Product Development Team meetings is required to stay informed about potential issues and timing risks.
- The TPM will be responsible for generating Jira tickets for concerns and ensuring proper Root Cause Analysis is conducted.
- When changes occur, the TPM will manage the change control process and work with materials planning and manufacturing to implement new revisions effectively.

- A bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline is required for this position.
- Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in Program Management, preferably in a technical sector such as automotive.
- Experience in a startup environment is considered a plus, indicating adaptability and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Proficiency in software tools such as Google Suite, SmartSheets, and Atlassian Jira is essential for effective project management.
- Strong communication skills are necessary to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.
