- The Technical Program Manager will coordinate and manage the Engineering Department's activities within the Program Management Office.

- The TPM will track engineering processes, including Design Reviews and DFMEA, ensuring robust engineering practices are followed.
- Regular attendance at Product Development Team meetings is required to stay updated on potential issues and timing risks.
- The TPM will be responsible for generating Jira tickets for concerns and ensuring proper Root Cause Analysis is conducted.
- The role includes managing change control processes and working with materials planning and manufacturing to implement new revisions effectively.

- A bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline is required for this role.
- Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Experience in a startup environment is considered a plus, indicating adaptability and a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in Google Suite/Workspace and experience with project management tools like SmartSheets or MS Project is essential.
