- The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a vehicle workshop or dealer shop, demonstrating a strong background in vehicle processing and quality checks.
- A successful applicant will possess problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently without detailed instructions.
- Experience with electric vehicles (EV) and high voltage (HV) systems is a plus, indicating familiarity with modern vehicle technologies.
- The candidate should have excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with various technical disciplines within the team.
- A high school diploma and an Automotive Technology degree or equivalent experience are required, showcasing a solid educational foundation in automotive technology.
